- 50% of the fee is due upon application and 50% upon visa issuance.

- Documentation of exact employer requirements and terms/conditions of employment.
- Initial recruitment and screening of applicants.
Second Month
- Final screening of applicants.
- Employer selection.
Third Month
- Documentation of the applicant and employment opportunity for visa issuance by the consulate.
Timeline Expectation
- TN visa holders can start working within 90 days or less from receipt of the employer’s application and initial 50% down payment.
- Expedited visa processing is available for an additional fee.
