Company–employee communication
Work to communicate requirements and requests between the company and employees or prospective employees.
Employee placement & training
- Place employees at the company.
- Arrange initial transport.
- Provide custom on-site training to employees based on company specifications, review procedures, and communicate protocols.
- Acclimate employees to housing.
Housing maintenance requirement
Require employees to maintain company-provided housing in good and orderly condition, if applicable.
Ongoing placement support
Provide ongoing employee and company support to ensure the success of employee placement.
Unlimited employee replacement

Time-saving payroll cards
Offer TIME-SAVING payroll debit cards, free to both the company and employees.

- Oral interpretation services as needed.
